Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached and any protective inner liners intact.
- Exclusions: If the product or its original packaging is damaged (beyond normal opening), it cannot be accepted for a return.
How to Start a Return
- Request: Contact our support team at support@theccprotectors.com to initiate your return.
- Authorization: Once authorized, please ship your item to our US Authorized Return Center listed below.
- Shipping: For all standard returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, style preference, or changed mind), the customer is responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Timeline: From the moment your return is authorized, you have 14 calendar days to ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number.

Return Shipping & Fees
- Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us maintain the rigorous safety inspection standards required for professional protective gear.
Damages and Issues
Your safety is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@theccprotectors.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale Items: All items purchased on "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale.
- Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: Specialized or personalized equipment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right size or gear is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@theccprotectors.com.
Order Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in the processing stage at our warehouse, and we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the original purchase currency (USD). Any variations in exchange rates or foreign currency transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
